The game works without building a profile about you: your game data stays on the device, purchases are handled by Apple, and we receive neither.
01No personal intake
We don't ask for or collect your name, email address, location, advertising identifier, browsing history, usage analytics, or the content you create in the app.
The player name and the optional profile photo you may add are stored on your device only. They are never uploaded to us.
02What the game keeps on your device
Retro Fluence Caps saves a small amount of game data in the app's own storage on your device:
- completed levels, wins and other game counters;
- the token you play with and the tokens you unlocked;
- your clover balance and hint usage;
- your player name and, if you take one, your profile photo;
- settings such as vibration.
We don't run a game server that receives those records. A backup enabled through iOS or iCloud is controlled by that provider and governed by its terms.
03Camera
The profile photo is taken with the camera only, and only after you tap “Take a photo” on the profile screen. iOS asks for camera permission first, and you can withdraw it at any time in iOS Settings.
The app has no access to your photo library. The picture is resized and stored inside the app, it is not uploaded anywhere, and “Remove photo” deletes it from the device.
04Purchases and subscription
The game offers optional in-app purchases: packs of clovers (the in-game currency) and “Infinite Hints”, an auto-renewing subscription that removes the limit on hints.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your card number, billing address, or Apple ID credentials. The app only asks Apple whether a purchase or subscription is currently active, and that check happens on your device.
A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can view, change, or cancel it in iOS Settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions; the app opens that screen for you from the shop. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so they stay with your account.
05No advertising, no analytics
Retro Fluence Caps contains no advertising network and no third-party analytics or attribution SDK. Nothing about your play session is sent to us or to anyone else.
We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information, because the app does not send it to us in the first place.
06System boundaries
If a feature needs an iOS permission, the system asks before access is granted, and you can review or withdraw that access in iOS Settings.
Apple may independently process store, purchase, device, or diagnostic information under the Apple Privacy Policy.
07Control and deletion
There is no remote profile for us to erase. “Reset progress” in the app's settings erases completed levels, statistics and the selected token. Unlocked tokens, the clover balance and an active subscription are purchases and stay with your Apple ID.
Deleting the app removes the data stored under the app's control. Backup copies follow your backup provider's retention rules.
08Children and revisions
We don't knowingly collect information from children — or from any user. If the product or legal requirements change, we will update the effective date on this page.
